Brie Bites

Phyllo cups stuffed to the brim with melty brie, dolloped with sweet raspberry jam and finished off with a candied pecan, these guys are what cocktail party dreams are made of. Even better, they only require five simple ingredients, about 10 minutes of prep time and 10 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 1.9 oz packages phyllo shells
  • 6 oz brie
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam (or your favorite jam)
  • 24 candied pecans
  • maldon salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Line the phyllo cups up on the baking sheet.
  • Slice the brie into 1/2-inch pieces. Stuff the brie into the phyllo cups. Don't be afraid to fill them pretty cull, the brie will melt. Top with a 1/2 teaspoon jam. Bake in the oven just until the brie melts, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Top each brie bite with a candied pecan and then sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately.
